Marci Hackel

I’m Marci Hackel, the Licensed Practical Nurse at Backbone of Healthcare. Yes, I am happily married to Dr Chad Hackel and we have four wonderful children. The oldest is Austin who loves theology, music and history. Zach is the second oldest and he plays football, rides horses and enjoys shooting. Our daughter, Gracie, spends her time drawing and shopping while Hunter can be found with his friends, or riding Grandpa’s combine. He loves big machines!

I grew up in Council Bluffs Iowa, attended Nebraska Christian College and received my Licensed Practical Nursing degree from Northeast Community College. My free time is filled with friends, family, jogging or just watching a movie. Something you might note; I always love a good cup of coffee!

At Backbone of Healthcare, I complete the blood draws that are necessary for nutritional evaluation. I feel like this is an important component in helping patients realize their greatest health potential. I look forward to helping in any way that I can!

Becky Loy

I'm Becky Loy, the smiling face at the front desk here at Backbone of Healthcare! My husband, Paul and I live on a farm outside of Broken Bow. Our daughter, Julia; is a music teacher. She and her husband live at Plattsmouth with our grandson.

I grew up in Grand Island, attended the University of Nebraska Kearney and recieved my Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology. Custer County has been my home for over 30 years and I believe we are living in the best place with great people. My free time is spent with friends, family, volunteering at Church and the Elks and of course ~ spoiling our grandson.

At Backbone of Healthcare, I enjoy assisting people to wellness through sharing chiropractic care and nutrition information. Assuring that each patient's medical, billing and insurance information is accurate is a critical part of my responsibilities. We want each patient to receive the care they need efficiently. I look forward to assisting you any way that I can!
